SEAVIEW HOTEL, Virginia Beach – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel is in a convenient location near the beach and local restaurants. The rooms were fairly clean but small and could use updating. Despite the cigarette smell in the room, the staff was accommodating and efficient. The dining options were basic, and the overall value for money was decent.

The hotel was mostly clean and tidy, with some minor issues in the room cleanliness. It could use a modern update, but overall, it was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, although slightly insistent on food services. The location was great, offering easy access to the ocean and friendly staff assistance. The dining was satisfactory but could have been improved. The facilities were decent but could be enhanced.

I stayed at this Econo Lodge for two nights. The rooms smelled dirty and possibly harbored molds, extending our checkout time until close to 5 p.m. instead of the promised 3 p.m. However, the service was a great way to establish a comfortable environment, despite the mildew smell in the room whenever we came in. The location is central to all the shops that are open this time of year, making it excellent for getting to everything we wanted to do. The dining experience offered continental-style options that were fine for our needs, though some considered it just morning junk food.
